Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide value-based steering of the finance function within the role’s scope to support MD and Executive Committee decision-making.
  • •Drive strategy for profitable and sustainable growth, contributing business insights and setting strategic priorities.
  • •Ensure accurate and complete execution of finance processes for reliable financial statements and informed business decisions.
  • •Set, discuss, and track financial targets, steering targets with MDs and HR directors.
  • •Manage liquidity and capital position globally across LoBs, including FX exposure management and payments, while empowering and developing teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Serve as a member of the Executive Committee, accountable to the Group CFO and the IN &MEA MDs, and lead special projects within the group’s risk appetite.
  • •Provide direction on financials and recommendations to enforce finance strategy with full Head of Finance role and P&L ownership.
  • •Ensure accurate and complete disclosure of solid financial statements (P&L and balance sheet items) to enable performance and profitability understanding while mitigating economic risks.
  • •Collaborate with core finance functions including Finance Factory and drive Planning & Controlling planning dialogue with the Executive Committee and Strategic Dialogue process.
  • •Actively manage liquidity and global capital position across LoBs, including FX exposure management and efficient global payments.
