Lead the design, content, and digital communications team for Direct Energy Canada, owning the directenergy.ca website and guiding the digital experience from discovery through conversion and retention. •Act as primary owner of directenergy.ca, ensuring performance, governance, and continuous improvement.
•Lead a team covering website content, email marketing, and digital content/communications to deliver customer-centric experiences.
•Develop governance and operating processes across digital properties to ensure efficient execution and brand consistency.
•Drive KPIs (conversion rates, enrollments, engagement, and customer experience metrics) and optimize acquisition/retention channels.
•Lead SEO and lifecycle initiatives (including structured data/schema, email oversight, and A/B testing) while partnering with Product, Digital, IT, and Customer Experience teams.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Post-secondary education in technology (Computer Science, MIS) or business (Commerce, Marketing) or related field.
•6-10+ years web design and development experience across platforms.
•3-5+ years managing web or digital teams.
•Experience collaborating with development teams to design digital solutions and lead enterprise CMS governance.
•Leadership and stakeholder management with demonstrated digital strategy, analytics, and team development; experience with enterprise-level CMS and omnichannel personalization at scale (e.g., Adobe Journey Optimizer) is required.
