Lead the store team on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences as a brand ambassador for Coach. Implement company initiatives and drive store performance by analyzing sales data, trends, and KPIs, while mentoring the team on clienteling to build long-term relationships. Support recruiting, interviewing, training, performance evaluation, and provide HR/conflict-resolution support when leadership is absent, while enforcing policies and procedures.
