Key Responsibilities

  • •Learn to build and manage customer relationships and influence decisions to grow TI revenue
  • •Partner with customers and internal teams to uncover and win customer opportunities using TI’s virtual account system
  • •Train to scale sales actions across sectors/EE and improve sales processes through innovative projects
  • •Develop, forecast, and monitor an annual plan for revenue growth
  • •Use technical expertise and sales tools/engineering relationships to identify and qualify projects

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • •Fluent in the local language and English, with strong written and oral communication
  • •Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally
  • •Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
  • •Demonstrated interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with strong teamwork and initiative
