Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and collaborate with project stakeholders to drive efficient delivery to the client.
  • •Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips and forecast/update key milestones.
  • •Verify project governance, processes, and systems are being utilized and ensure best practices are applied across projects.
  • •Produce formal project status reports and other required reports, including independent review of status reports and drawing submittals.
  • •Monitor progress across multiple construction projects, manage supplier interfaces via monthly trackers/weekly reviews, and handle rapid RFIs from the field.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5+ years of electrical project management experience, ideally in data center construction or with an electrical contractor.
  • •Experience with substation and power distribution systems.
  • •Proficiency in MEP design and the Data Center Commissioning Process (levels 1–5).
  • •Proficiency managing construction documents (BODs, specifications, contract drawings, C/D/E’s, equipment submittals, and RFIs) and in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, P6, and CxAlloy.
