Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, deploy, and continuously improve scripted, low-code, and no-code workflow automations to increase production efficiency and consistency.
  • •Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize production workflow platforms, integrations, and supporting infrastructure for operational stability.
  • •Support controlled releases and incident resolution, onboarding, and workflow changes with minimal disruption to production.
  • •Work with production, engineering, and operational teams to translate requirements into clear, supportable workflow solutions.
  • •Monitor workflow performance, resolve production issues, and develop documentation/specifications and reusable workflow practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience supporting production workflow environments where deadlines, hand-offs, assets, and approvals are managed through production systems.
  • •Experience scripting or automating production processes using JavaScript, PowerShell, Python, shell scripting, or comparable automation.
  • •Experience diagnosing workflow, infrastructure, and integration issues across multiple systems with strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
  • •Experience configuring or supporting low-code and no-code automation environments (e.g., workflow builders, connectors, rule-based routing, form-driven processes).
  • •Linux and Windows server administration experience, plus API/integration experience.
