Build new business relationships within Aon’s Commercial Risk team, using networking and consultative selling to generate opportunities. Provide creative, applicable advice across Aon’s solutions, leveraging data and analytics from research teams to solve complex business problems and support a portfolio of prospects.

•Showcase connections and networking capabilities to generate new business.
•Influence and collaborate with others to create strategic plans and present risk solutions tailored to client needs.
•Engage prospects and provide creative, applicable advice across Aon’s solutions.
•Solve complex business issues using data and analytics from Aon research teams and understanding of market trends.
•Support a team in managing a portfolio of prospects’ business.

Salary: USD 150,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5-10+ years of experience in insurance, consulting, or enterprise products/services.
•Demonstrated ability to adhere to and champion a successful sales process.
•Current have or willingness to obtain Life and Health and/or P&C license(s).
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
•Experience using data and analytics to solve complex business issues (implied by role).
