Key Responsibilities

•Establish excellent relationships with partner restaurants in Bilbao and guide them through growth, staying informed and taking action with a doer attitude.
•Evaluate, follow up and build reports on your portfolio and KPIs, taking actions to reach goals and company OKRs.
•Draw and execute plans to grow partners through promos negotiations, marketing activations and menu performance (sales, AOV, conversion, cross-sell and upsell).
•Improve Glovo visibility and revenue through marketing actions and commission renegotiation.
•Understand and follow up on churned and inactive partners and improve operational efficiency to deliver great service to customers.

Key Requirements

•2+ years in high-performance and fast-paced environments (startup, investment banking, top consulting firms or top tech companies)
•Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or Public Relations is a plus
•Computer literate; good knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office and Excel
•Native Spanish and English skills
•Strong commercial skills and customer obsession; persuasive in a pleasant way and able to sell value to customers/partners and the Glovo platform
