Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in a related field (dispatching for breakdown/tire and/or medium to heavy duty vehicle maintenance) or an equivalent combination of experience/education.
  • •Strong knowledge of dispatching and multitasking.
  • •Experience dispatching for breakdown and/or tire and familiarity with medium/heavy-duty vehicle maintenance.
  • •Availability to work in a 24/7/365 environment; schedules may include weekends and evening/overnight shifts.
  • •Training schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm ET (class start dates: November 2 & December 7, 2026).
