•Lead the recruitment, development, coaching and retention of a high-performing team (Shift Leads and Operations Associates) and foster a strong, positive culture with high employee satisfaction.
•Own the day-to-day operations of the DashMart warehouse, including scheduling and labor budget management, ensuring processes run smoothly, efficiently and safely.
•Delight customers by maintaining key quality metrics (order accuracy, fulfillment speed) and collaborating with central teams to provide tools and resources to the team.
•Use data to identify pain points and inefficiencies; design and execute process improvement projects to improve operations, quality metrics, and employee experience.

•3+ years of team leadership experience in high-volume operations (retail, grocery, hospitality, fulfilment, logistics or operations) with a track record of developing people and delivering results.

•Able to support a 24/7 business across multiple shifts and take ownership of a new, rapidly growing site.
•Analytical and data-driven; comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets to analyze data and create pivot tables.
•College degree or relevant professional work experience.
