Job Summary

Lead Workday consulting engagements focused on reporting for complex HCM, Financials, and Student implementations. Translate legacy reporting needs into Workday reporting tools, building custom reports, dashboards, discovery boards, and embedded analytics. Coordinate with project and client leadership, follow strategic project goals, and identify process improvements. Partner with a growing Digital practice team while supporting reporting delivery across multiple project phases.

Key Responsibilities

•Actively participate as a Reporting consultant on one or more project teams and contribute to team management.
•Translate legacy customer reporting requirements into Workday reporting tools.
•Build custom reports, dashboards, discovery boards, and embedded analytics using Workday’s reporting toolset.
•Support key communication to project and client leadership and help establish Workday project goals aligned with leadership direction.
•Support process improvements and deliver substantial outcomes within reporting workstreams across HCM, Financials, or Student implementations for at least two phases.

Key Requirements

•Participate as a Reporting consultant on project teams with team management experience.
•Translate legacy customer reporting requirements into Workday reporting tools.
•Understand and communicate touchpoints across Workday modules including HCM, Academics, Payroll, Benefits, Financials, Supply Chain, and Student.
•Build custom reports, dashboards, discovery boards, and embedded analytics using Workday’s reporting toolset.
•Demonstrate strong Workday reporting experience (including 7+ years) and knowledge of the Workday security model.
