Key Responsibilities

  • •Actively participate as a Reporting consultant on one or more project teams and contribute to team management.
  • •Translate legacy customer reporting requirements into Workday reporting tools.
  • •Build custom reports, dashboards, discovery boards, and embedded analytics using Workday’s reporting toolset.
  • •Support key communication to project and client leadership and help establish Workday project goals aligned with leadership direction.
  • •Support process improvements and deliver substantial outcomes within reporting workstreams across HCM, Financials, or Student implementations for at least two phases.

  • •Participate as a Reporting consultant on project teams with team management experience.
  • •Translate legacy customer reporting requirements into Workday reporting tools.
  • •Understand and communicate touchpoints across Workday modules including HCM, Academics, Payroll, Benefits, Financials, Supply Chain, and Student.
  • •Build custom reports, dashboards, discovery boards, and embedded analytics using Workday’s reporting toolset.
  • •Demonstrate strong Workday reporting experience (including 7+ years) and knowledge of the Workday security model.
