Key Responsibilities

•Lead and execute the strategy for management, regularization, and obtaining environmental and operational permits applicable to the company plants.
•Prepare, review, and present the technical and legal documentation required for permit applications to regulatory authorities (SEA, Seremis, SMA and sectoral bodies).
•Coordinate and consolidate technical information from the various involved areas.
•Act as the primary contact with authorities and regulatory bodies, managing observations, requests and case follow-up.
•Supervise and coordinate the work of external consultants associated with permits.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of experience in sectoral permits.
•Experience in sanitary permits (waste and hazardous substances), environmental management, technical qualification, and urban permits.
•Knowledge of environmental regulations, risk prevention, occupational health, and urban planning regulations.
•Willingness to travel regionally on occasion.
•Class B driver's license and own transportation.
