Key Responsibilities

  • •Support finance system administration, including user access requests, basic profile updates, entity setup support, and finance master data maintenance.
  • •Assist with month-end and year-end close activities such as period open/close support, close calendar updates, interface checks, report loads, and journal/error reviews.
  • •Maintain and validate finance master data including GL accounts, cost centers, profit centers, mappings, and account extensions.
  • •Support Blackline tasks including TB and FX loads, account assignment updates, reconciliation status checks, user maintenance, and status report preparation.
  • •Monitor and respond to finance support requests and ad-hoc questions, escalating complex issues and preparing documentation for controls, access reviews, and audit requests.
