Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for CDP requests from Peacock, SkyShowtime, and NOW MarTech and Marketing teams, proactively identifying data quality and collection opportunities.
  • •Translate stakeholder needs into well-structured, globally designed platform requirements and solutions that scale across all applications.
  • •Manage and prioritize the CDP backlog, balancing urgency with platform impact and engineering capacity, while keeping documentation and roadmap status current.
  • •Partner with Decision Science and Engineering to define platform instrumentation requirements and pipeline needs for attributes and feed delivery to downstream systems.
  • •Coordinate delivery milestones, testing, and QA sign-off as the connective tissue between marketing stakeholders and technical teams building and operating the platform.

Key Requirements

  • •5–8+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in a CDP, data platform, or martech infrastructure environment focused on requirements, product, or delivery coordination.
  • •Working knowledge of enterprise CDPs such as mParticle, Segment, Adobe CJA, Tealium (or equivalent) to translate business needs into platform requirements.
  • •Strong understanding of platform event schemas, identity resolution, audience segmentation, and data feed architecture.
  • •Experience partnering with engineering on instrumentation requirements and with data engineering on pipeline and attribute delivery.
  • •Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
