Supervisor, Projects Organizational Change Management & Engagement

Lead a team that develops and implements organizational change management, engagement, and learning approaches to support Projects’ strategic priorities. Partner with Projects leaders to plan workshops and stakeholder events, run intake assessments for upcoming change needs, and build organizational change capability through readiness initiatives. Establish an OCM Centre of Expertise, coach and mentor team members, and measure initiative effectiveness using reporting, metrics, and continuous improvement.
