Key Responsibilities

•Provide pre-sales support and technical consultancy to customers.
•Assess customer requirements, environment, and challenges; propose security solution designs and implementations.
•Deliver presales solution offerings including proposals, demos, and presentations.
•Prepare tender documents and support RFPs/RFIs and POC demos.
•Provide professional services and training for channels and distributors.

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of experience in network security or application security.
•Experience handling big enterprise accounts, lab setup, and proof-of-concept (POC).
•Strong networking/security solution knowledge including Routing, Switching, VPN, Firewall, SD-WAN, Sandboxing, and UEBA.
•Experience with cloud deployments such as AWS, Azure, Alibaba, or Google Cloud.
•Knowledge of SDN, orchestration, or multi-vendor integrated deployment, plus awareness of hacking techniques such as exploit simulation or penetration testing.
