Retail Store Manager

Manage daily retail store operations across administrative, sales, inventory, and customer experience. Set and drive sales budgets and targets, implement Apple planograms, optimize floor coverage and schedules, and ensure cash management and accurate reconciliations. Lead store performance reporting, handle customer complaints with back office teams, and coordinate HR staffing, training, and succession planning through performance reviews and development plans.
