Job Summary

Lead FP&A and strategic finance across major functional domains like Compute & Infrastructure, Go-to-Market, and Product. Own financial modeling (P&L, operating model, scenario planning), drive budgeting and quarterly/annual forecasting, and translate variances into actionable insights. Partner with engineering, product, sales, marketing, and infrastructure to quantify investment trade-offs, build business cases with ROI, and deliver executive and Board-facing presentations using dashboards and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, own, and maintain financial models (P&L, operating model, scenario modeling) to support planning, forecasting, and strategic decisions.
•Stand up compute measurement and budgeting processes to plan the largest cost bucket.
•Lead budgeting and quarterly/annual forecasting, analyze variances, and translate them into actionable insights.
•Partner cross-functionally with leaders across engineering, product, sales, marketing, and infrastructure to understand drivers against financial targets.
•Provide financial guidance for major investment decisions by building business cases, quantifying ROI, and delivering recommendations to senior leadership and/or the Board.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 275,000 - 325,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in strategic finance, corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, growth/private equity, or a comparable high-growth technology environment.
•Proven expertise in financial modeling and forecasting, including detailed P&Ls, operating models, and scenario analyses.
•Strong business partnering skills with non-finance leaders, translating complex financial data into actionable insights and influencing decisions.
•High comfort with ambiguity, rapid change, and scaling environments.
•Familiarity with SQL, BI tools (Tableau, Looker), and advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
