Job Summary

Lead and facilitate SAFe Agile planning across the enterprise, including PI Planning, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and Scrum of Scrums. Manage program and team backlogs aligned to priorities, and partner with product owners, delivery teams, customers, and stakeholders to ensure goals are met. Remove impediments, identify risks and improvement opportunities, support Agile maturity, and track team performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and facilitate SAFe Agile ceremonies such as PI Planning, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and Scrum of Scrums.
•Manage and maintain program and team backlogs aligned to priorities and business objectives.
•Collaborate with product owners, delivery teams, customers, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are defined and met.
•Remove impediments and proactively identify risks, issues, and improvement opportunities.
•Support Agile maturity by promoting adoption of SAFe best practices and track team performance metrics for continuous improvement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 118,237.31 - 201,305.78

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master or Release Train on technology/enterprise programs.
•Must be a US Citizen able to obtain a Public Trust.
•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
•Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and project planning methodologies.
•Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
