Job Summary

Support clients with programme advisory focused on business case development and project finance for greener, sustainable infrastructure aligned to Net Zero targets. Work across the programme lifecycle to assess business challenges, develop optimal solutions, and deploy tailored processes, tools, and systems. Partner with a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent client care, present clear outputs, and contribute to business generation opportunities, including opportunities in public-sector settings.

Key Responsibilities

•Support clients in developing, implementing, and optimising procurement and funding strategies for Net Zero-aligned, sustainable programmes.
•Assess programme set-up, development, and delivery factors across the programme lifecycle, focusing on business case development and infrastructure development using private capital.
•Contribute to evaluating business challenges, designing optimal solutions, and implementing those solutions.
•Tailor established processes, tools, and systems to specific circumstances and support continuous improvement.
•Use strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills to support client adoption of business outcomes and deliver high-quality client care.

Key Requirements

•Degree, Masters, MBA qualification or equivalent experience would be advantageous.
•Experience in project finance and/or business case development, preferably related to de-carbonisation and Net Zero, renewable energy, defence, or water.
•Experience working with the public sector, managing transactions/projects in a public sector delivery setting.
•Understanding of UK policy guidance and economic benefit assessment, including social value and low carbon transition.
•Able to hold valid security clearance (SC) and be a British national (hold a UK passport).
