Lead the delivery of medium-scale port projects within AD Ports programmes, managing activities, risks, and mitigation plans to ensure successful outcomes. Ensure compliance with group governance, external stakeholder, and cluster requirements while coordinating interfaces and dependencies across project teams and parties. Promote HSE culture across construction activities, prepare management reports with performance insights, and liaise with project owners to align specifications and standards with project objectives.
