Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee capital projects by planning, designing, budgeting, installing, and managing contractors and vendors.
  • •Provide project leadership across safety, cost control, quality, engineering, procurement, construction, and team dynamics.
  • •Develop and manage project scope, detailed design, cost estimates, and schedules for multiple capital projects.
  • •Perform job cost tracking and cost analysis, and communicate project status, opportunities for improvement, and risks to the Director of Engineering.
  • •Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, and best practices while conducting onsite visits.

Key Requirements

  • •10 years of relevant experience in project management in the industry or related fields (degree preferred in engineering or construction management).
  • •Ability to estimate and establish project budgets, track job costs, and support project closeout.
  • •Proficiency with computer tools including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • •Experience with AutoCAD, BIM, and Navisworks.
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal teams, contractors, and engineers across all organizational levels.
