Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect and drive the operating framework for a portfolio of complex programs aligned to strategic priorities with measurable business impact.
  • •Direct and manage a portfolio of high-visibility programs end-to-end, including scope, analyses, business cases, charters, and execution plans.
  • •Institutionalize delivery best practices by owning and optimizing processes, tools, and communication channels using metrics and retrospectives.
  • •Partner with executive and senior leadership to align roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, negotiate technical trade-offs, and present program health, risks, and dependencies.
  • •Define, track, and communicate Program KPIs and OKRs, proactively identify risks and cross-program dependencies, and drive stakeholder mitigation paths.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of progressive experience in Technical Program Management in a large-scale, enterprise software environment, delivering multi-year strategic programs across organizational boundaries.
  • •Deep understanding of modern software architecture and cloud platforms (ideally the Salesforce Platform) and enterprise software development cycles.
  • •Ability to translate strategic objectives into executable program plans with a strong technical and business vision.
