Job Summary

Lead Edify’s Christ-Centered Education efforts across Central America by setting regional priorities, coaching Program Leads, and driving alignment between training events and key performance indicators. Own the design, review, and improvement of training curricula for schools in each country context, using outcomes mapping and impact data (including Salesforce dashboards and SSA data). Partner with RVP/VP leadership, coordinate with country teams, and provide strategic guidance on program growth and biblical integration.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide strategic direction, guidance, coordination, and results for Christ-Centered Education efforts across the region.
•Coach and support Program Leads and Coordinators, including providing feedback on reports and reviewing/troubleshooting training performance against KPIs.
•Support the design and implementation of interventions and strengthening of Christ-centered school networks and Professional Learning Communities (PLCs).
•Lead regional planning and communications around CCE priorities, including long- and short-term objectives and progress assessment.
•Manage data-informed decision-making using outcomes mapping and impact data (correlation analysis, SSA data, Salesforce dashboards) and produce recurring executive reporting.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in education, accounting and finance, computer science, or a related field; a master’s degree or higher is strongly preferred.
•8–10 years of work experience in education, international development, community development, and/or youth development.
•Significant experience leading teams.
•Experience in designing programs and budgets, including managing data in Salesforce.
•Fluency in English and strong written and verbal communication, report/proposal writing, and presentation ability.
