Support global sales operations by driving data quality, policy adherence, and process improvements across direct, alliance, channel partner and online sales. Partner with sales, BD, CS, marketing, product, finance and legal to enable CRM, analytics, enablement and revenue governance, delivering scalable, repeatable insights that improve territory, quota and sales productivity.

Key Responsibilities

•Support all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the sales and business development functions globally.
•Drive data quality through checking opportunities for accuracy, clean order processing, policy and process documentation, reporting and data cleansing.
•Support and enable the sales team globally on CRM and other revenue operations policies, processes and systems such as Sales Engagement, Training/Enablement, Data Enrichment, Configure Price Quote, Analytics and Commissions.
•Support other Revenue Operations Analysts and leadership to report on and improve data quality, sales metrics, dashboards and ad-hoc analytical tasks.
•Support planning, monitoring and improving revenue operations across new leads, pipeline, velocity, sales productivity and renewals.

Key Requirements

•Experience working as an analyst in revenue/sales operations or related fields such as financial analysis, sales analysis or sales order processing.
•Undergraduate degree in a related field, preferably in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or Economics, or a compelling narrative about your alternative path.
•Excellent attention to detail and data-driven, analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to travel internationally up to four times a year for company events.
•Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills, including comfort working with teams under commercial pressure.
