Key Responsibilities

  • •Support all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the sales and business development functions globally.
  • •Drive data quality through checking opportunities for accuracy, clean order processing, policy and process documentation, reporting and data cleansing.
  • •Support and enable the sales team globally on CRM and other revenue operations policies, processes and systems such as Sales Engagement, Training/Enablement, Data Enrichment, Configure Price Quote, Analytics and Commissions.
  • •Support other Revenue Operations Analysts and leadership to report on and improve data quality, sales metrics, dashboards and ad-hoc analytical tasks.
  • •Support planning, monitoring and improving revenue operations across new leads, pipeline, velocity, sales productivity and renewals.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience working as an analyst in revenue/sales operations or related fields such as financial analysis, sales analysis or sales order processing.
  • •Undergraduate degree in a related field, preferably in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or Economics, or a compelling narrative about your alternative path.
  • •Excellent attention to detail and data-driven, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Ability to travel internationally up to four times a year for company events.
  • •Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills, including comfort working with teams under commercial pressure.
