Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of the branch, driving performance through leading, coaching, and managing teammates.
  • •Drive business development and branch revenue through small business and mass affluent client strategies and prospecting.
  • •Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, risk management policies, and the Truist Code of Ethics.
  • •Partner with IRM and operations partners to ensure required training completion and promote One Team culture.
  • •Handle human capital decisions including interviewing, hiring, workforce scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.

Key Requirements
