Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions using statistical analysis, data mining, and machine learning techniques.
  • •Build end-to-end AI application development with prompt engineering, RAG, and LLM evaluation.
  • •Define evaluation frameworks and enterprise-grade quality standards for agent accuracy, task completion, reliability, and user satisfaction.
  • •Implement model optimization strategies and support packaging and deployment of models into production environments, including mainframe constraints.
  • •Explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences and contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and best practices.

Salary: USD 114,525 - 190,875 annually

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of Data Science experience with proven expertise in Machine Learning and Generative AI.
  • •Experience working with Large Language Models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Llama or equivalent) and LLM architectures.
  • •Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and LLM evaluation.
  • •Ability to define performance metrics and evaluation frameworks for AI/ML systems, including agent accuracy and reliability.
  • •Strong Python and data science stack skills (e.g., FastAPI/Flask, Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow) plus SQL and cloud/platform familiarity (AWS, OpenShift).
