Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, reviews, retros) and enforce DoR/DoD, driving backlog readiness and agile execution across squads.
  • •Orchestrate end-to-end delivery from planning through production, including scope, milestones, timelines, budget/resourcing, and integrated plans.
  • •Run RAID management, change control processes (CAB/PGSC), and executive/status reporting while removing impediments and managing dependencies.
  • •Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins/GitHub), promote trunk-based development and quality gates, and manage environment/secrets/access control.
  • •Ensure secure operations and release engineering (runbooks, blue/green/canary, feature flags) with observability, incident response, PIRs, cost/capacity optimization, and GenAI integration governance.

Key Requirements

  • •5–10+ years delivering cloud-native systems through Scrum Master/PM and DevOps/ADE roles, with strong end-to-end delivery ownership.
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in the airlines domain (preferred).
  • •Strong stakeholder management, communication, and servant-leadership skills aligned to Agile/Lean practices.
  • •Technical depth in Git, CI/CD, cloud and containers (AWS/Azure/GCP), monitoring/observability (e.g., CloudWatch), and security tooling (e.g., SonarQube).
  • •Certifications in CSM/PSM and familiarity with GenAI SDLC, GitHub Copilot, and governance/change processes.
