Job Summary

Build and mature the B2B Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM) framework, translating FCRM standards into B2B controls across partner onboarding, due diligence, sanctions screening, and transaction-related activities. Lead governance, policies, procedures, reporting, issue management, and risk assessments for B2B payments and fintech partner flows across multiple brands and geographies. Serve as the senior FCRM advisor to B2B leadership and partner with Legal, Product, FinTech, Payments, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead build-out and ongoing maturation of the BPD FCRM program, including governance, policies, procedures, reporting, issue management, and controls for a new B2B operating model.
•Translate FCRM minimum standards into B2B-specific processes and product controls across partner onboarding, ongoing due diligence, sanctions screening, transaction controls, and documentation.
•Drive BPD risk assessment and control design, including enterprise-wide risk assessment for B2B super-aggregators, partnership analysis, and controls for new payment and data flows.
•Formalize cross-brand reliance and coordination with shared-service teams, including intercompany SLAs, governance forums, and operating models for support and escalation.
•Act as senior FCRM advisor to B2B leadership and stakeholders across Legal, Product, FinTech, Payments, Operations, Data, Finance, HR, and PMO, and support oversight reporting (dashboards, KPI/KRI, training, remediation).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 166,500 - 203,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience) required; advanced degree or relevant certification such as CAMS preferred.
•8+ years of relevant experience in financial crime compliance, sanctions, AML/CTF, regulatory risk, or adjacent legal/compliance roles.
•Strong working knowledge of sanctions, AML/CTF, KYC/KYB, partner due diligence, control design, issue management, and risk assessment.
•Experience building, enhancing, or operationalizing compliance frameworks in fast-changing, matrixed, or high-growth environments, ideally in payments/fintech/B2B or multi-brand models.
•Ability to work autonomously on high-complexity matters and influence senior stakeholders across brands and functions without close supervision.
