Key Responsibilities

•Acquire aggressively and onboard corporate users by maintaining a pipeline of leads and ensuring monthly sales targets are achieved, including preparing proposals and quotations.
•Sell Lalamove’s on-demand delivery solutions through outbound lead generation efforts.
•Lead contract negotiations to establish working relationships with local partners and support mutual growth.
•Assist with sales documents such as quotations, purchasing orders, sales invoices, packing lists, delivery documents, and payment settlement/refund.
•Handle customer enquiries and complaints, and provide solutions; monitor internal practices/processes and prepare weekly reports.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
•At least two (2) years of experience in Telesales functions.
•Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Freshsales.
•Willingness to work on-site in Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) and do fieldwork activities at times.
