Key Responsibilities

•Promote and sell products/services using marketing strategy, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
•Correspond with online customers to address questions or complaints about products, policies, or shipping methods.
•Conduct retail activities of businesses operating exclusively online.
•Research and identify new marketplaces, including logistical needs and pricing.
•Develop and maintain constructive, cooperative relationships with others over time.

Key Requirements

•Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
•Experience in merchandising, online marketing, and/or e-commerce (preferred).
•Ability to create, analyze, and comprehend marketplace data and sales analytics for forecasting and communication.
•Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including internal/external customer focus.
