Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze, optimize, develop and implement improvements in the performance of processes (Smart Lines and SMD), ensuring defined industrial KPIs are met.
  • •Conduct method-time studies and efficiency analyses, identifying losses, bottlenecks and opportunities to optimize processes, equipment and work organization.
  • •Provide continuous technical support to Production and Maintenance, including mechanical or process adjustments on machines and tools as needed.
  • •Collaborate with Operators, Engineering, Maintenance and Quality to develop, implement and validate continuous improvement actions, poka-yokes and technical solutions ensuring process stability.
  • •Develop and implement technical/process improvements, ensuring positive impact on availability, reliability and efficiency of equipment.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics, Automation or similar)
  • •Experience in methods engineering, continuous improvement or process engineering in industrial environments
  • •Hands-on knowledge of manufacturing processes, especially in automated or high-complexity lines
  • •Experience working with industrial KPIs such as OPE, OEE, MTBF, MTTR, Yield and Availability
  • •Analytical ability to work with production and equipment performance data and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools
