Lead high-stakes, multi-threaded enterprise deals in APJ by shaping customer vision, guiding executives, and accelerating value realization. In this field-based role, you’ll coach account teams, raise deal quality, and translate wins into repeatable plays, working closely with CEOs, CIOs, and business leaders to transform data, AI, and platform strategies across large organizations.

Key Responsibilities

•Shaping customer vision and guiding executives to drive deal outcomes externally.
•Advising, coaching, and raising the standard of the field internally across the organization.
•Own the hardest moments in late-stage, high-value deals requiring alignment and improved execution.
•Elevate the field by coaching Account Executives and field leaders in real time to improve deal strategy and execution.
•Translate wins into repeatable plays across forums and scale successful approaches across the organization.

Key Requirements

•10+ years with consistent top-tier performance in enterprise environments (Fortune 500 / Global 2000).
•Background in Data & AI organizations in highly strategic sales roles.
•Experience leading large, complex, multi-year, multi-stakeholder deals.
•Executive presence with the ability to quickly establish credibility at the C-level.
•Demonstrated ability to influence without authority across account teams, leadership, and partners.
