Job Summary

Coordinate customer technical support requests for the CH147 Chinook fleet sustainment under the Canadian Chinook Medium-to-Heavy Lift Helicopter Program. Serve as the primary contact for engineering support, non-standard repairs, scheduled maintenance, and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) products/services. Develop and analyze performance metrics, review engineering and supportability documents, and maintain engineering/airworthiness documentation and processes while coordinating quality documentation and technical workflows for Engineering and ILS teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary contact to manage and track CH147 Chinook technical requests for engineering support, non-standard repairs, scheduled maintenance, and ILS products/services.
•Use program-level engineering planning and supportability knowledge to coordinate technical requests for fleet sustainment.
•Identify and develop performance metrics and compare results to baseline to assess performance, efficiencies, productivity, and lessons learned.
•Review and staff engineering and supportability documents including aircraft modifications, special inspections, and engineering change proposal dispositions.
•Develop and maintain engineering and airworthiness documentation/processes, coordinate quality documentation, and perform project/data management to maintain technical workflows for Engineering and ILS teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 95,400 - 116,600

Key Requirements

•4+ years of technical maintenance related experience and/or a university graduate of an applicable engineering program.
•Experience with Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
•Must be able to legally work in Canada.
•Must be eligible to handle US export-controlled data.
•Must consent to Canadian Government Controlled Goods Program (CGP) assessment and be eligible to obtain Secret Level II security clearance.
