•Monitor and assess legislative, regulatory, and geopolitical developments across EMEA.

•Identify and mitigate risks to KKR’s operating environment.
•Support initiatives that enhance the firm’s reputation as a provider of “trusted capital”

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in public policy, government, consulting, or a related field
•Strong exposure to EMEA markets, ideally across multiple jurisdictions
•Experience operating within a global organization, with familiarity across US and EU policy environments
•Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders across government, business, and investment contexts
•Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information
