Dispatcher

Coordinate the day-to-day ordering and delivery of building materials by processing sales orders, setting up job information, and confirming reports that support order fulfillment. Supervise stocking crews, conduct orientation and performance reviews, train drivers and new team members, and ensure front counter and dispatch areas, trucks, and warehouse yards are clean. Monitor labor costs, schedule deliveries for efficiency, and maintain compliance with company programs.
