Key Responsibilities

  • •Help build Rai’s roadmap and priorities, balancing adoption, GBS demand, and internal platform evolution.
  • •Turn demand into reusable Rai platform capabilities.
  • •Lead governance for new capabilities, including standards, guardrails, access rules, onboarding patterns, and quality gates.
  • •Coordinate engineering, QA, architecture, cyber security, cloud, and integrations.
  • •Oversee L4 support, incidents, monitoring, feedback loops, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience managing digital platforms, AI product, chatbot platform, integration platform, or enterprise application.
  • •Good understanding of Azure and M365 (ideally Graph, Azure OpenAI, MS Foundry, Entra ID, Azure DevOps).
  • •Practical experience with Microsoft Agents Framework (formerly Semantic Kernel).
  • •Practical knowledge of APIs, OAuth, delegated permissions, OBO, managed identity, and enterprise access control.
  • •Background in .NET, C#, Python, and TypeScript, with experience in RAG, vector search, knowledge ingestion, AI evaluations, prompt safety, or GenAI observability.
