Key Responsibilities

•Lead a team of data analytics professionals supporting CRA performance monitoring, regulatory and executive reporting, and exam readiness.
•Oversee sourcing, integration, maintenance, and reporting of CRA data across internal and external sources.
•Create and manage modernization initiatives to advance CRA data architecture, automation, and advanced analytics aligned with data governance standards.
•Support CRA exam readiness by developing and modernizing CRA dashboards, reports, and templates, and responding to data requests with validated outputs.
•Establish data quality, validation, and reconciliation routines; investigate and remediate data quality issues and reporting discrepancies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 133,365 - 156,900 annually
