Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full executive briefing lifecycle for the London CXC programme, from discovery and agenda design to on-site management and post-engagement reporting.
  • •Collaborate with innovation, account teams, and sales leadership to develop briefing strategies and executive meeting plans aligned to customer priorities and NTT DATA solutions.
  • •Lead and mentor less experienced CXC team members and vendors; run regular planning meetings to prepare for upcoming engagements.
  • •Oversee content management and presentation quality, including facilitating reviews and providing light presenter coaching on messaging, timing, and audience engagement.
  • •Manage briefing management systems, scheduling processes, and programme budgets; report on engagement outcomes, KPIs, and client feedback, and support continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Level 7 preferred.
  • •Typically 10–12 years of relevant marketing, executive engagement, or briefing centre experience.
  • •Minimum 5 years in a senior individual and/or team lead experience.
  • •Demonstrated experience planning and executing executive-level events and customer engagements at scale, including engaging C-suite audiences.
  • •Advanced knowledge of briefing management systems and CRM (Salesforce) plus Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Teams, Excel).
