Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the platform and tools to put AI into production for customers, including creating facility models for ingestion and commissioning, tuning, and analyzing deployed systems.
  • •Work with product, TPMs, and data scientists to translate customer specifications into coherent requirements for the software development team.
  • •Lead deployment and support of multiple solutions in parallel, resolving onboarding/support tickets by coordinating with stakeholders or providing direct solutions.
  • •Provide ongoing support through issue resolution, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and risk management across control systems and equipment.
  • •Act as an internal and customer-facing SME, delivering technical advice, providing platinum support, and supporting sales and marketing efforts.

Key Requirements

  • •5-10 years of work experience as a controls engineer, programmer, or equivalent.
  • •Expertise in HVAC and data center cooling control methodologies, including chiller plant fundamentals, configurations, and sequence of operations.
  • •Understanding of applied thermodynamics for cooling, refrigeration, and hydronics.
  • •Experience with controls design and industrial/commercial control systems and protocols such as BACnet and Modbus.
  • •Ability to program control systems with PLC and ladder logic (or text/block programming), and write Python scripts in collaboration with the software engineering team.
