Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage cost management teams and ensure delivery across all accountabilities.
  • •Lead client and stakeholder interface across all project stages and maintain clear communication.
  • •Perform quantity surveying, cost control, and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Track financial performance, including margins, forecasting, and resource planning.
  • •Implement improvements to cost management processes and tools, including audits, benchmarking, and KPI-based risk monitoring.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 8+ years of experience in cost management within large-scale construction.
