Job Summary

Shape user experiences for enterprise applications across an AI-assisted software development lifecycle. Define end-to-end user journeys, workflow designs, and information architecture, then evaluate and refine AI-generated prototypes against user needs, business objectives, design systems, and accessibility requirements. Partner with business analysts and engineering teams, facilitate design reviews, and support usability and accessibility assessments to reduce UX risks through delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and refine end-to-end user journeys, task flows, and workflows for enterprise and operational systems.
•Establish information architecture, navigation structures, and content organization aligned to user mental models.
•Review and critique AI-generated prototypes, guiding AI-assisted design generation through prompts and design principles.
•Assess solutions against customer design systems and UX standards, recommending new components or guidelines when needed.
•Facilitate design reviews, conduct usability and heuristic evaluations, and support accessibility and UAT risk identification.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience designing enterprise applications, portals, workflow systems, or digital platforms.
•Strong understanding of user-centred design, interaction design, and usability principles.
•Experience defining information architecture and navigation structures for complex systems.
•Experience evaluating and improving workflows and operational processes.
•Ability to review and critique prototypes and work within established design systems and governance frameworks.
