Lead KYC and Customer Support demand governance by owning structured demand intake, enforcing release gating, and maintaining centralized tracking. Key Responsibilities

•Own a structured demand intake framework across all servicing verticals, ensuring formal intake/visibility and centralized tracking.
•Lead pre-launch validation and impact assessment by quantifying FTE and cost impact and identifying capacity risks before launch.
•Facilitate demand prioritization under constrained capacity, documenting trade-offs among compliance urgency, customer impact, cost, and operational risk.
•Govern post-launch monitoring by tracking actual vs expected workload variance, identifying SLA/occupancy instability causes, and maintaining reporting discipline.
•Lead people and capability development for demand management leads/specialists, building analytical maturity in cost impact modeling and FTE estimation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 4,950 - 6,600 monthly

Key Requirements

•6–10 years in Operations, Workforce Management, Product Operations, or Program Governance.
•Experience operating in complex, multi-vertical environments and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
•Experience in capacity planning or performance governance environments.
•Minimum 2+ years of people leadership experience.
•Strong Excel/modeling capability with ability to quantify FTE and cost implications.
