Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as senior support for Tier 1 platforms (API Gateway, Automation, FTP/MFT, Web, Distribution), resolving complex incidents and ensuring SLA compliance.
  • •Perform deep troubleshooting using logs, configs, and integrations; handle ERT outages and drive permanent fixes and platform hardening.
  • •Use AI tools to accelerate diagnosis and log analysis, reducing MTTR via faster root cause validation.
  • •Build AI-driven automation and self-healing workflows; integrate AI into alerting, runbooks, and predictive operations.
  • •Collaborate globally with engineering and support teams, ensuring clear escalation, handoffs, and knowledge transfer; maintain SOPs/runbooks/KBs and training.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in Ops/DevOps, resolving complex multi-layer issues from application to network.
  • •Proficient with AI tools for troubleshooting, coding, documentation, and prompt engineering as a default workflow.
  • •Strong scripting/programming and solid Linux administration skills.
  • •Experience with API platforms, ITSM, and automation.
  • •Good documentation and English skills working with global teams and modern stacks (CI/CD, cloud, containers, monitoring).
