Key Responsibilities

•Support complex Red Hat Consulting engagements, where the team takes ownership of the full project lifecycle from design and architecture to successful implementation.
•Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) at the client site, addressing strategic IT needs and complex technical challenges.
•Support the implementation of sophisticated OpenShift solutions that integrate with a customer's existing infrastructure, including networking, storage, security, and identity management.
•Mentor and guide customer teams on best practices for containerisation, application deployment, and OpenShift administration.
•Develop and implement CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows to automate application delivery and ensure a consistent, repeatable deployment process.

Key Requirements

•Extensive experience as a consultant, with a strong focus on cloud-native and container technologies.
•Hands-on expertise with Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP), including installation, configuration, and day-2 operations.
•Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes and core concepts such as pods, services, deployments, and operators.
•Experience with DevOps and GitOps practices and related tools (e.g., Ansible, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Tekton).
•Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts, including networking, storage, and virtualization.
