Key Responsibilities

  • •Support complex Red Hat Consulting engagements, where the team takes ownership of the full project lifecycle from design and architecture to successful implementation.
  • •Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) at the client site, addressing strategic IT needs and complex technical challenges.
  • •Support the implementation of sophisticated OpenShift solutions that integrate with a customer's existing infrastructure, including networking, storage, security, and identity management.
  • •Mentor and guide customer teams on best practices for containerisation, application deployment, and OpenShift administration.
  • •Develop and implement CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows to automate application delivery and ensure a consistent, repeatable deployment process.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience as a consultant, with a strong focus on cloud-native and container technologies.
  • •Hands-on expertise with Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP), including installation, configuration, and day-2 operations.
  • •Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes and core concepts such as pods, services, deployments, and operators.
  • •Experience with DevOps and GitOps practices and related tools (e.g., Ansible, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Tekton).
  • •Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts, including networking, storage, and virtualization.
