Lead RF mechanical design for packaging RF hardware (antennas, circuit card assemblies, radomes, RF test equipment) in multidiscipline programs. Provide technical oversight, mentor engineers, and drive technology roadmaps to enable modernization. Collaborate with customers and program leadership to refine requirements and validate hardware compliance, delivering high-quality solutions on schedule and within cost targets.

Key Responsibilities

•Guide mechanical design activities involving RF hardware.
•Guide others by understanding group dynamics and capitalizing on multi-disciplined strengths while mitigating gaps.
•Orchestrate trade studies to determine the best solution for complex problems and develop a forward plan, ensuring cost, schedule, and performance targets are met or exceeded.
•Regularly convey task status on complex issues and influence strategic plans across multiple groups, programs, engineering and customer leadership.
•Seek opportunities to fill any role necessary to help ensure business unit success.

Salary: USD 132,400 - 251,600 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience; experience designing and analyzing RF product packaging (e.g., circuit card assemblies, antennas, radomes, RF test equipment, harnesses and interconnects) and 3D CAD; ability to obtain interim U.S. government security clearance prior to start; U.S. citizenship required for clearance.
