Job Summary

Provide back-office support for corporate treasury management services across regions, working directly with customers as well as branch and treasury personnel. Triage and resolve customer issues promptly within bank policy through daily phone/email support. Assist with ACH, wire, and remote deposit capture limit increases, log daily requests, and help maintain monthly customer reviews and compliance training (BSA/AML) while cross-training on cash management functions.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform daily support for treasury management customers across regions.
•Assist with ACH, wire, and remote deposit capture limit increases and related customer requests.
•Provide telephone and email support to bankers and customers and resolve issues within bank policy.
•Log daily ACH wire and remote deposit increases.
•Prepare monthly/annual treasury management customer reviews and cross-train on cash management functions as needed.

Key Requirements

•High school or GED plus specialized schooling and/or on-the-job education in a specific skill area, with 7 to 11 months related experience and/or training (or an equivalent combination).
•Ability to read and understand simple instructions and correspondence, and write simple correspondence.
•Ability to perform basic mathematical operations and compute rate, ratio, and percent; ability to prepare and interpret bar graphs.
•Ability to utilize common sense to carry out written, oral, or diagrammed instructions and handle routine problems with several known variables.
•Complete required BSA/AML and other compliance training as assigned.
