Senior Professional Nurse - Medical

Provide safe, high-quality patient care while supporting the Unit Manager to mitigate clinical risks and coordinate care delivery. Manage the client experience and ensure optimal staffing supply, retention, and utilization. Build staff competence through continuous assessment and development, and assist with operational expense management, including stock and capital. Deliver direct patient care and mentor new and student nurses in the unit.
