Key Responsibilities

•Greet customers, answer questions, and guide them through paperwork processes to deliver customer service.
•Process and audit paperwork for retail and wholesale sales, including deal jackets, finance contracts, and DMV documentation.
•Manage auction and appraisal transactions, ensuring accurate titles, payoffs, and proper documentation for funding.
•Handle cash management tasks such as receiving payments, preparing deposits, and maintaining security protocols.
•Train and mentor new associates and support store operations, including clerical duties like filing, data entry, and reconciliation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15.5 - 23.3 hourly
