Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as Chief of Staff to the CIO, providing strategic support and ensuring disciplined execution of Technology strategies.
  • •Translate strategic intent into measurable outcomes, KPIs, and governance structures aligned with bank goals.
  • •Operationalize Technology strategies by managing priorities, investments, and performance to drive organizational effectiveness.
  • •Act as central authority for Technology governance, coordinating and communicating with enterprise stakeholders.
  • •Manage and lead the TMO team, including cross-border/multi-entity stakeholder management and risk mitigation.

Key Requirements

  • •12–16 years of progressive experience in Technology, Program Management, and Banking.
  • •Proven leadership experience within Technology functions in a regulated banking environment.
  • •Demonstrated experience operating at the CIO/ExCo interface level.
  • •Strong understanding of banking regulations and ability to navigate a regulated banking environment.
  • •Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred.
